The Aquaponis concept
A particular idea of the school of life
Beyond aquaponics, a virtuous agricultural practice, there’s the desire to contribute to a society that is moving forward, which is improving. Because agriculture feeds us, it holds fundamental values linked to respect for the body. But it’s also an environmental practice, every day we’re facing more ecological challenges. And then there’s the economy, which supports our lives.
We believe that an agricultural model that is virtuous from all points of view is possible. We believe that aquaponics allows us to grow our food without degrading our environment, perhaps even helping to better preserve it. And we believe that aquaponics can be a fabulous economic and social opportunity, generating wholesome and fair jobs, in town and in the countryside.
For us, aquaponics is a heritage as much as a practice for the future and, above all, it’s an agricultural, economic and social commitment.

The life cycle: an ancestral principle
A virtuous production technique
Aquaponics achieves synergy between agriculture and fish farming. Plants, fruits and vegetables are grown on water circulating in a closed circuit. Fish are also raised in this circuit. Fish urine and droppings are naturally transformed into nutrients for the vegetation - vegetation which in turn purifies the water, thus allowing the fish to live in a healthy environment. Aquaponics is a very efficient production system (we can expect several harvests per year), which is also economical and particularly low-polluting.
